This facility brings together a public passenger center for Amtrak trains, Greyhound and Trailways buses, as well as the North Coast Transit District - a local inter-city bus line.

The project consists of a 10,000 square foot building for the various transit carriers connected by a translucent plastic covered arcade. The arcade features concessions, driver lounge, and passenger waiting areas and amenities. The site covers approximately six acres and provides parking for 238 cars.
